Naoroji House
The Naoroji house is named after Dadabhai Naoroji (1825-1917). Naoroji was a prominent Indian political and social leader. Naoroji’s life and contributions make him an excellent role model for students for several reasons. His advocacy for widespread education as a tool for societal progress, fearless fight against exploitation and discrimination, and ground-breaking political career as the first Asian elected to the British Parliament showcase his dedication to public service and leadership. In essence, his life serves as a compact yet comprehensive blueprint, encouraging students to approach their journeys with integrity, commitment to justice, and a focus on positive societal impact.
