Attendance and Absences

Please refer to the Student Absence Protocol document below for our information on various forms of absences and the process for each.

In case of your child being too ill to attend school, please contact Reception before 9am using the details below.

Where possible appointments should be made outside of school hours. If this is not possible then an email must be sent to request the absence to attendance@harriswestminstersixthform.org.uk at least 48 hours before the absence. Confirmation of the appointment should also be provided.

For academic absences (such as university open days), your child's Head of House must be notified at least 48 hours in advance.
