Our house structure is at the heart of Harris Westminster and is the way in which we organize our pastoral system. Students feel a strong allegiance to their house: their tutor groups are organized by houses and they enjoy representing them and competing for them in various events and competitions throughout the year.
Each house has a student Captain (they are ex officio members of the Student Senate) and two Vice Captains. These are key leadership positions within the school: together with their Heads of House, these student leaders take assemblies and organize competitions and house events across the academic year. On enrollment, all students are assigned to a house to which they are attached throughout their time at Harris Westminster
